Jacyl Technology offers extensive knowledge and experience in electronic
hardware, software and ruggedized industrial computer design. Our
team provides commercial, military and laboratory research backgrounds
along with numerous commercial and military product designs to our
customers. As a woman owned American company, we pride ourselves
in our workmanship, support and capabilities that we provide to our
customers and in our products. Jacyl Technology understands our customer’s

Product Line
We target our products and every custom electronic design to be as
versatile, reusable and adaptable to our customers needs as possible.
Our ruggedized industrial computer system product line is designed
for utilization in severe environment applications. They are targeted
for users who require a product that meets the needs that their system
application requires. Our customers can select a COTS system designed
by Jacyl Technology for applications that need a general system
utilizing the industry’s fastest CPU’s with the
latest communications protocols. Or Jacyl Technology can custom
design a ruggedized industrial
computer system that meets the specific system needs of the customers
end application. We can incorporate any specialized I/O, communication
protocol, data storage protocol, CPU performance requirements or
OS implementation that our customers end application requires.
Jacyl specializes in incorporating COTS circuit boards for our ruggedized
industrial computers from the most respected commercial suppliers
in the industry. We can ruggedize COTS circuit boards to meet the
environmental
vibration performance requirements, humidity survivability requirements
and the temperature range requirements placed upon our systems by
our customers end applications. We also environmentally test every
circuit
board and computer system to the environmental requirements defined
by the end customer to ensure that every COTS circuit board and complete
system meets all environmental requirements for each individual customer.
Our complete in-house metal fabrication shop allows us to custom alter
any of our designs or create a custom enclosure to meet the most demanding
of applications all with a design lead time that meets our customers
accelerated system schedule. We also have a complete in-house environmental
test area that allows us to verify and validate our computers and individual
components to meet the exact environmental performance and qualification
requirements demanded by our customers end application.
Jacyl also has a complete line of PC/104 products for embedded applications
and specialized systems. All of the PC/104 products that Jacyl Technology
sells can be utilized as a standalone circuit card, powered by an
external DC supply, or integrated in an existing PC/104 stack.
They are designed
to be utilized as prototype boards, development boards or utilized
in production.
